Up to One-Year Warranty on ModSage's Luminaire Products:
We will replace or repair any defective product under our brand name within one year from the date of purchase. This applies to defects in materials and electrical parts*.
60-Day Warranty on Lighting Products with No Original Manufacturer's Warranty:
To ensure a worry-free shopping experience for our customers, even lamps with no original manufacturer warranty are offered a one-time 60-day warranty from purchase date against defects*.
We do not cover:

For all cases of warranty exchange or repair, customers are required to provide pictures and/or mail us the product to be inspected or repaired. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.
**To be covered under our warranty policy, all purchases have to be made directly from ModSage.com and registered with ModSage within 30 days of purchase, or the warranty will be automatically voided. Warranties only cover products that are used under conditions recommended by ModSage.
ModSage will not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages.
