We want you to love your new ModSage product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, follow our return instructions and we promise a refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date*.

If you would like to speak with our customer care team before deciding to return or exchange your purchase, please call 1(877) 603-7243 (select option 0), from 9 am to 6 pm (PST) 7 days a week.

Damaged Products:
Any product that is received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt* (excluding holidays and weekends) to arrange for a return or replacement. Do not refuse the item at delivery**. Once we are contacted, we will provide you with a Returned Goods Authorization number and arrange for the pick up of the damaged product.

Determine the extent of the damage and note this with the delivery person and on the delivery invoice. We will file any damage claims necessary and may require photos of the damage or defect before a replacement can be arranged. You are responsible for saving the damaged items until someone comes to pick up or inspect the damage, at our discretion. Please make sure that the product is in its original packaging, with all manuals, parts and accessories, and available and ready for the pick-up attempt in order to avoid delays and possible cancellation of the pick-up.

Once we have received the damaged unit back at our warehouse, we will immediately ship the replacement product.

Defective Products:
Please notify us immediately of any product that is received defective. If your product is defective within 30-days of purchase date*, we will replace it as soon as possible and happily pay all shipping costs to and from your location. However, you must contact us for a Returned Goods Authorization number before returning the product and follow our return instructions.

Products received with missing parts, broken glass, and/or dented shades are not considered defective. This must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. In such cases, we will provide missing parts, replacement glass or shades at no additional charge.

Other Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return within 30 days of the purchase date. You must contact us for a Returned Goods Authorization number before returning the product and specific return instructions will be given*. We will credit the full amount of your purchase less shipping in the same form as the original payment type. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE and all returns must have their original packaging with shipping prepaid and insured. All returns must be in like new, resellable condition, repacked in the original packaging, with ALL instructions and accessories. Items returned in less than like new, resellable condition or with missing parts will be rejected or may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the product's condition.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted on “FINAL SALE” items unless they are defective.

We cannot accept returns for any reason after 30 days of the item’s purchase date. *

A Return Authorization Number must be obtained within 30 days of the purchase date.
Along with this return number, you will receive a ship-to address where you must send your merchandise. Be sure to include your RGA number with your merchandise. This number will be used to guarantee that you receive your credit. 

Goods must be mailed back to us within 5 business days from the date that you are provided with a Return Authorization Number.

Returns without an RGA number will not be accepted. Returned items must be new, unused, unaltered and properly repacked in original packaging along with all included parts. Please e-mail tracking numbers of returned goods to ModSage in order to guarantee and expedite your refund.

** If you refuse the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping and the shipping of any replacement items. This will be the actual shipping cost.
